Shamel Vladimir Vyacheslavovich
First Deputy General Director
Born on April 26, 1970 in the Chelyabinsk region, in the city of Zlatoust.
He graduated from the Chelyabinsk State Polytechnic University with a degree in industrial electrical engineering. He also earned qualifications as a translator of foreign technical literature and an ISO 9001 international quality management system manager.
He began his professional career at the Zlatoust Metallurgical Plant in the Instrumentation and Automation Department. Until 2005, he worked for 10 years at the St. Petersburg branch of Sevzapelektrosetstroy OJSC in the Production and Technological Equipment and Work Supplies Department, and for the last two years, he served as the branch's deputy head.
From 2005 to 2007, he served as First Deputy General Director of Setstroyinvest, and for another two years as General Director. He then served as First Deputy General Director of International Energy Engineering Company.
In 2009, Interregional Energy Company CJSC was established (after reorganization in 2015, Interregional Energy Company LLC), where Yuri Vladimirovich is the General Director.
Has received certificates and awards for professional achievements from the following companies: JSC SZESS, PJSC FGC UES, RAO UES of Russia, LLC IC-Energo, LLC Setstroyinvest.
