Born on June 24, 1975 in Zhukovsky (Moscow Region). 

He graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering University (MPEI) in 1996 (Bachelor's degree), and in 1998 he was awarded the degree of engineer-thermal physicist in the specialty "Aviation and rocket-space thermal engineering"

He began his professional career at the VARTA representative office in Russia. He then worked at the Voskhod Research Institute, the Mosgortrans State Unitary Enterprise, and other commercial organizations.

In 2017, he was the Technical Director, and since 2022, the Commercial Director of IEC LLC.
