The autonomous power supply complex for low-power consumers "KEMP" is:
- from 50.4 to 76% of components are domestically produced;
- up to 64% of components are of our own production;
- more than 82 units, consisting of more than 800 parts, of which more than 21 units were developed or improved by IEC LLC.
Description
The low-power consumer power supply complex (LPCC) is designed to supply electricity to various low-power consumers (up to 1400 VA), including, but not limited to, built-in executive modules.
The built-in modules include: a lighting system for high-rise and extended objects (lighting for supports, masts, pipes), a cathodic protection station for metal structures, an IP video surveillance module, a weather station, etc.
The product can be used in the energy, agriculture, industrial, and other sectors. The climatic rating of the KEMP control devices is U1 or UHL1 according to GOST 15150-69, depending on the customer's requirements.
Degree of protection against external factors – IP45.
KEMP consists of:
1. Solar panels.
We use panels made of monocrystalline or polycrystalline modules with a nominal power of 50–300 W, depending on customer requirements and operating conditions. The panels are installed in reinforced frames of our own design, allowing operation in various climatic conditions, including strong gusts of wind;
2. Wind generators.
A wind generator of our own design with a vertical axis of rotation, with a generating capacity of 200-400 W, on a reinforced steel bracket that eliminates vibration;
3. Rechargeable batteries.
Depending on the design, lead-acid (Pb) or lithium titanate (LTO) batteries of our own design are used;
4. Control and monitoring unit.
Developed and manufactured by MEK LLC, the control and monitoring unit automatically manages all processes of electrical energy generation, electrical energy storage, and load distribution.
5. Consumer executive modules.
The executive module of the complex may include an automation module and external dual obstruction lights, a video camera control module, a motion sensor module, etc.
6. Installation and assembly products, fasteners.
Metal hoses, connectors, clamps, flanges, brackets, and hardware are used to secure the components of the system and cable assemblies. The range and quantity of installation and assembly components are calculated individually for each order, depending on the customer's requirements and the type of system installation.
